This Privacy Policy describes how the Memory Training: Brain Games mobile application (the "App") handles information. The App is developed and published by Olena Gotsulyak and offered as a freemium service. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
Summary
The App is designed to work primarily on your device. Information you enter while using the App is stored locally on your device and is not collected by us. The App integrates third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and purchase processing, which automatically collect a limited set of technical data described below.
Information stored only on your device
Any information you provide within the App (such as your age if you choose to provide it, training results, progress, and app preferences) is retained on your device and is not transmitted to us. You may remove this information at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
Information automatically collected by third-party services
The App uses third-party services that may automatically collect technical and diagnostic information, such as device identifiers, IP address, device model, operating system and language, app version and session data, and crash logs in case of an error. This data is transmitted directly from your device to the respective providers and is handled under their privacy terms. We access it only in aggregated form. The App may use third-party code and libraries that use cookies or similar identifiers to collect information and improve their services.
In-app purchases and refunds
The App offers optional in-app purchases that unlock additional features. All transactions are processed by the platform store (the Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not see, receive, or store your payment card details.
We use RevenueCat to process purchase information (such as transaction identifiers, purchase dates, and amounts; never payment card details). If you request a refund from Apple, you consent to our sharing of data about your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple to help resolve your refund request. This information helps Apple make an informed refund decision and is shared in compliance with Apple's policies.
Disclosure of information
We may disclose the limited automatically collected information described above: when required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or similar legal process; when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a government request; or to trusted service providers acting on our behalf who are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use the information for their own purposes. We do not sell your information.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information processed in connection with the App. Data transmitted between your device and third-party services is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
The App is not addressed to anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through one of the third-party services integrated in the App, please contact us at nixgames44@gmail.com and we will take appropriate action.
Your choices
You can stop all collection of information by the App by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your device.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will revise the effective date below and publish the updated policy at this URL. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
