Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how the Concentration training application (the "App") handles information. The App is developed and published by Olena Gotsulyak ("we", "us", or "our") and offered as a freemium service.
Summary
The App works primarily on your device. Local app content, such as training progress and preferences, is stored on your device. The App also integrates third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and purchase management, which process information as described below.
Information stored on your device
Information you enter within the App and your locally stored progress and preferences are not uploaded to our own servers. You can generally remove local app data by deleting the App from your device. Copies retained through device or platform backups, if enabled, are managed through the relevant backup settings.
Information processed by third-party services
The App and its integrated services may process technical, usage, advertising, and diagnostic information, depending on your device settings, privacy choices, and the services used. This may include device or app identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, IP address, device model, operating system and language, app version, interactions, session information, advertising activity, and crash reports.
Information is used to operate and improve the App, display and measure advertising, analyze usage, resolve technical problems, verify purchased access, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We may access reports and relevant records through the service providers' tools.
The App does not collect precise device location. Integrated services may estimate an approximate location from an IP address.
The App uses the following services, which process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies:

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing relies on consent where required, performance of a contract for requested services or purchases, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in maintaining, securing, and improving the App where permitted by law.
In-app purchases and refunds
Optional purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple.
We use RevenueCat to manage and verify purchases, subscriptions, and access to paid features. RevenueCat processes information such as app user identifiers, transaction identifiers, purchase history, and subscription status.
Where applicable, relevant purchase and delivery information may be shared with Apple, including through RevenueCat, to assist in reviewing refund requests. Such sharing is subject to valid consent as required by Apple and applicable law. Apple makes the final refund decision.
Disclosure of information
Information is processed through the service providers described above. Depending on the service and activity, providers may process information on our behalf or independently under their applicable terms and privacy policies. Third parties receiving information through the App are required to provide protection consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.
Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with applicable law or lawful requests, investigate fraud or security issues, or protect legal rights and safety, subject to applicable law.
Service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, international transfers are subject to recognized safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Data retention and deletion
Information under our control is retained only as reasonably necessary for its purpose, including support, security, legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Information processed through third-party services is subject to their applicable retention settings and procedures.
You may request deletion by contacting nixgames44@gmail.com. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including any lawful retention requirements. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify a request and locate relevant records.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information processed. However, no method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information inappropriately, please contact nixgames44@gmail.com so that we can review the matter and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required by law.
Your choices and rights
Where required, the App presents privacy or permission choices. You can manage available choices through the App's privacy controls and your iOS settings. Declining personalized advertising or tracking does not necessarily prevent all processing needed to operate services, deliver ads, maintain security, or prevent fraud, where permitted by law.
Uninstalling the App stops collection through that installation, but does not automatically delete information already processed or retained.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising-related processing. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority.
Contact us to exercise applicable rights. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines. Independent service providers may also offer their own privacy controls. This Privacy Policy does not replace any separate consent required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, services, or legal requirements. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Additional notice or consent will be provided or requested where required by law.
