This Privacy Policy applies to the 1Line & Dots app ("Application") for mobile devices, provided by NixGames ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our") as a Freemium service.


Information Collection and Use

The Application and its integrated third-party services may collect or process information when you use the Application, depending on your device settings, privacy choices, and the services used. This may include:

  • IP address, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and app installation identifiers.
  • Device model, operating system, language, and Application version.

The Application does not collect precise device location. Third-party services may estimate an approximate location from an IP address.

No registration or user account is required. Settings, progress, and other local app data may be stored on your device. We do not operate our own cloud service for synchronizing this data.

If you contact us, we may process your email address and the information you provide to respond and handle your request.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing relies on consent where required, performance of a contract for requested services or purchases, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in maintaining, securing, and improving the Application where permitted by law.


Third-Party Services and Disclosure

The Application uses third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and purchases. These services may collect information directly through the Application and process it under their applicable terms and privacy policies. Information is not necessarily anonymous or limited to aggregated statistics.

Google Play processes payments. We do not receive your full payment card details from Google Play.

Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with applicable law or lawful requests, investigate fraud or security issues, or protect legal rights and safety, subject to applicable law.

Service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, international transfers are subject to recognized safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Privacy Choices and Your Rights

Where required, the Application presents privacy choices through Google's User Messaging Platform. You can review or change available choices through the Application's privacy settings. Advertising preferences and identifiers may also be managed through your device or Google settings. Non-personalized advertising does not necessarily prevent all data processing needed to deliver ads, maintain security, or prevent fraud.

Uninstalling the Application stops collection through that installation, but does not automatically delete information already processed or retained.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising-related processing. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority.

Contact us to exercise applicable rights. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify and handle your request and will respond within applicable legal deadlines. Independent service providers may also offer their own privacy controls.


Data Retention and Deletion

Information under our control is retained only as reasonably necessary for its purpose, including support, security, legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Information processed through third-party services is subject to their applicable retention settings and procedures.

Local app data can generally be removed by clearing the Application's storage or uninstalling it. Device or platform backups, if enabled, are managed through the relevant backup settings.

You may request deletion by contacting nixgames44@gmail.com. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including any lawful retention requirements.


Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information inappropriately, please contact nixgames44@gmail.com so that we can review the matter and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required by law.


Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information processed. However, no method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.


Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the Application, services, or legal requirements. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Additional notice or consent will be provided or requested where required by law.
